When you reach out to Providence by email or by phone we will begin gathering all the needed information such as project needs, contact information, timeline needed and will schedule a time to gather an initial estimate for you.
We provide you with an easy to understand estimate after the opportunity to gather what information we need from the initial estimate meeting. If you have any questions we will be happy to explain what each part of the estimate means and ensure that we are on the same page for project expectations such as deposits and timeline for project completion.
Once the estimate has been accepted and materials gathered we will schedule the project to fit your schedule as much as possible. Some projects can have a major effect on people's lives and schedules and we will be as amiable as possible to minimize that impact on you! Our crews are professional and work efficiently and will leave a clean environment for you if the project is happening in a lived-in home. Once the work is clean our crews will do a clean of the worked in area and remove any construction debris for you leaving a beautifully completed project from start to finish.
Once the work is complete you will receive an invoice for the entirety of the project. This invoice will clearly state what is being charged and for what. Straight forward billing keeps it simple with easy to understand charges. We also provide multiple payment methods including card, check, Zelle, and Venmo options for payments!
